FAQ's

Wash Care Instructions:

All our products are made using block printed fabric. The dyes used are natural, chemical & azo free. It is normal for brighter/darker colours to bleed or stain in the first few washes.

Please wash by hand or on a gentle washing machine setting/cycle for no more than 5 minutes in cold water. Please wash separately. If gentle washing is not possible, please dry clean.

Iron on a low/medium heat setting. You can place a cotton handkerchief over the fabric/product to minimise the chance of heat damage.

Shipping & Returns:

Domestic Shipping-

We process all orders within 3-5 business days excluding Sundays & holidays. We make sure all our work spaces, stations, packaging and products are being sanitised before dispatch. Please allow us a little extra time since we are making your safety our priority.

Your order should reach you within 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please bear in mind that it might take longer because of the current COVID situation.

Do let us know if the order is a gift in the “order notes” section of the checkout page and we’ll make sure that we prioritise your order.

International Shipping-

We apologise if our shipping rates seem higher than usual for International destinations. Due to the COVID situation, courier companies have had to inflate their prices. We are trying to give you the best rate possible, at the moment. Our shipping rates include local taxes. Please note that we are not liable for any customs or taxes you might have to pay to your local authorities/officials.

We process all orders within 3-5 business days, excluding Sundays & holidays. It will take 14-21 business days from date of dispatch for your order to reach you. This differs from zone to zone. Please contact us if you haven't received your order within 25 business days.

At this time, we will also not be able to process any returns or exchanges for International orders. If your package is damaged or tampered with in any way at the time of delivery, please reject delivery, quoting above reason. Mail us on bonjour@tarinidevrajmaniktala for any other queries.

Customisations/Bulk Orders

We provide print customisation for almost all our fabric based products. Each SKU has a different minimum quantity required. We also customise styles and/or any other details for certain products. We specialise in bridesmaid/wedding favours and can give you a lower rate for bulk orders that are customised.

Please also write to us if you need any product that is not included in our inventory. We have a team of skilled seamstresses, tailors and artisans who will be able to create a new product for you. Please mail us on bonjour@tarinidevrajmaniktala with any queries or to get a quote.
